The Newberry Library is among Chicago’s most historic and esteemed institutions. We partnered with them to develop imagery and collateral assets for their annual award ceremony, where Ira Glass (host of This American Life) received the prestigious Newberry Library Award. Our task was to design materials that honored the core brand identity yet conveyed the special nature of the event: subtle, striking, and harmonious with the venue.
