SORRY is a two person creative studio based in Chicago and London specialising in branding, illustration and print. It is our way of combining the unique communicative challenges offered by client work with our love of getting our hands dirty with good ol' fashioned screen-printing.
We have a basic philosophy when it comes to our work: Are we proud of it? This philosophy is applied to every step of the process, from when our pencils first touch paper, through to the finished article.

WHY ARE WE SORRY?
Sorry is what we say to the landscape of in-vogue visual trends, overreaching client demands, and anything and everything that compromises the quality of our work. It is our way of saying Sorry, this time we're doing our thing.
WHO ARE WE?
SORRY is Marc Howell (R) and Luke Paisley (L),
two makers, thinkers, designers, illustrators and printers hailing from the USA and UK respectively.
SORRY began in 2013 as a side project to keep our design and illustration skills sharp, making posters for art fairs around the mid-west. By 2015 we were a fledgling company and had our first few clients to add to the posters.
Now SORRY is roughly a 60/40 mix of client work and fairs; the clients keeps us on track and the fairs keep our creativity up, just the way we like it!
